BISpicy Inventory Management - Cloud Software
(1) These Terms of Service apply to all contracts for the use of the software "BISpicy Inventory Management" (hereinafter "Software") between the Provider and the Customer.

(3) Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the Customer shall not become part of the contract.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the paid provision of the software "BISpicy Inventory Management" for use as a cloud-based inventory management system.

(1) The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for the duration of the contractual relationship.

(2) The Provider offers various license and subscription models that may differ in functionality, number of users, and included services. The Provider reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict the range of license models at any time. Existing contracts remain unaffected by such changes.
(3) Price changes will be communicated to the Customer by email at least 30 days before taking effect. In such cases, the Customer has a special right of termination effective at the time the price change takes effect.
(4) Payment is made in advance by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on the license model.
(1) The Provider strives for an availability of 99.9%.
(2) Planned maintenance work will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

The Provider may terminate the contract without notice if the Customer violates material contractual obligations.

(3) Severability clause: Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
