An imported order is an order that is automatically transferred into BISpicy via a marketplace or shop interface (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.). Manually created orders are unlimited and free.

Billing is done monthly in arrears based on your actual usage. You choose a tier in advance (e.g. 500 orders) and pay the fixed price. If you exceed the quota, you are automatically upgraded to the next tier.

A concurrent user is a simultaneously logged-in user. You can create as many user accounts as you like – only the number of simultaneously active users counts. 1 user is always free.

Yes! DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Hermes, FedEx and more carriers are completely free. You only pay the regular shipping costs to the respective carrier.

No, all add-on modules are cancellable monthly. There is no minimum contract period and no hidden costs.
