Product Management

There are several ways to import products:

  • CSV Import: Upload a CSV file with your products
  • Excel Import: Supported formats: XLS, XLSX
  • API: Automatic import via our REST API
  • Manual Entry: Enter individual articles directly

Import templates are available for download in the system.

Yes! BISpicy Inventory Management supports complex variant structures:

  • Sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.)
  • Colors
  • Materials
  • Define custom attributes

Each variant can have its own SKU, price, stock and images.

Stock management is automatic:

  • Reservation: Stock is reserved when ordered
  • Deduction: Stock is deducted when shipped
  • Minimum Stock: Alerts for low stock
  • Multi-Warehouse: Stock across multiple locations

Orders & Shipping

BISpicy Inventory Management supports all major shipping carriers:

  • DHL: Parcel, Warenpost, Express
  • DPD: Classic, Express
  • GLS: Parcel, Express
  • Hermes: Parcel, Bulky goods
  • UPS: Standard, Express, Worldwide

Labels can be created directly from the system.

Creating labels is easy:

  1. Select order
  2. Choose shipping carrier and service
  3. Enter package data (weight, dimensions) or let it calculate automatically
  4. Create and print label

Tracking numbers are automatically saved to the order.

Yes! Multi-package shipping is fully supported:

  • Any number of packages per order
  • Different shipping carriers possible
  • All tracking numbers are saved
  • Customer receives all tracking info

Integrations

The following marketplaces are supported in the Enterprise plan:

  • eBay: Sync products, import orders
  • Amazon: Seller Central integration

Additional integrations are planned.

Yes! A complete REST API is available in the Enterprise plan:

  • Create, update, delete products
  • Retrieve and update orders
